How to Track My Parcel
You will be able to track your parcel once it has been packed and dispatched. After your order is prepared and handed over to our delivery partner, it may take up to 3 business days for your tracking details to be updated on the courier’s tracking system.
Parcels
At times, if items like chairs, tables, or accessories are available from different suppliers in the same warehouse, we may combine multiple orders into a single shipment. This helps reduce packaging waste and streamline delivery. However, shipping charges will remain unchanged, as they cover not just delivery but the careful handling and preparation of your order.
As an online store, trendingcart does not include delivery fees in product prices. Our goal is to keep UK shipping rates simple and transparent, so you always see the true cost of our products.
Delivery Costs
Delivery fees depend on the size, weight, and type of product (e.g. small accessories vs. large furniture), and are automatically calculated at checkout. You can also choose your preferred delivery speed:
Standard Tracked Delivery – 3–5 Working Days
- Delivery typically arrives 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Orders are shipped via our nominated courier.
- A tracking number will be provided via email and available in the My Orders section on our website.
- Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel.
Express Tracked Delivery – 2–3 Working Days
- Delivery typically arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Orders are shipped via express service through our delivery partner.
- A tracking number will be shared via email and updated in your My Account section.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order.
